Most orders are shipped within 4-5 business days, however, since your items are handcrafted AFTER your purchase, sometimes it may take up to 7 days before shipping if orders get backed up due to a Sale or Holiday. Please remember, if you have chosen Priority or Overnight Shipping vis UPS shipping to add actual processing time to your expected arrival date. If you need an item for a particular date, please make that known by leaving the date needed in the comments box.
We also offer overnight shipping via UPS. Please choose UPS overnight shipping when you place your order. All overnight shipping requests take precedence over any other order and usually ships the next day.
You may track your order from our Home page. You will need your order number that you received with your order confirmation. If the status of your order says "completed" it indicates your order has already been shipped.
We try our best to get your orders out to you in a timely fashion. If you don't receive your item when expected, please email us and we will track your order with the Post Office. All items are insured, so any order can be replaced without extra expense to you.

US only........USPS Parcel Post.........$3.50, plus $1 additional fee per item over 1.
US only........USPS 3-5 day Priority....$6.50, plus $1 additional fee per item over 1.
Canada only....USPS 4-6 day Priority....$7.50, plus $1 additional fee per item over 1.
Anywhere else..USPS 4-6 day Priority....$8.50, plus $1 additional fee per item over 1.
Anywhere USP...Overnight................Weight & Zipcode real time shipping cost. Please contact us by email for a quote if necessary.
There are no additional handling charges added to any shipping costs.
